Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with daily living activities to promote independence and dignity.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to individuals in need.
• Implement personalized care plans tailored to each client’s unique needs.
• Administer medications and monitor health conditions as required.
• Facilitate social and recreational activities to enhance client engagement.
• Document client progress and communicate effectively with team members.
• Ensure a safe and clean living environment for all clients.
• Participate in training and professional development opportunities.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications preferred.
• Experience in direct support or caregiving roles is highly desirable.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate demeanor.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.
• Must pass background checks and drug screening.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license are required.
