Direct Support Professional / Special Needs Caregiver

BAYADA Home Health Care is currently seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to join the team in and around Monroe County, PA! BAYADAs special needs aides - DSPs - work 1:1 in home and community settings as a companion and mentor. We specialize in assisting individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities reach their full potential!

Make an Impact:

• Provide personal care assistance (dressing, grooming, hygiene)
• Assist with daily living tasks, such as cooking and cleaning
• Accompany clients on errands, appointments, and community integration activities
• Spend time on the clients favorite hobbies

• Competitive pay rates with a weekly pay schedule

Qualifications for Our Support Professionals:

• One year experience working or volunteering with intellectual and developmental disabilities
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 18 years of age or older

• Locations We're Hiring: Stroudsburg, East Stroudsburg, and more!
• Type: Part Time - Wednesdays & Fridays 9:30am-1pm and Saturdays & Sundays 12pm-6pm
• Pay: $17.50 and up based on experience
