We are hiring for Full Time, Part Time, and Per Diem positions in our
I/DD Services Group homes in Embden, Madison, and Smithfield. Direct
Support Staff assist individuals with everyday activities in the home
and community settings.
MAC is a family owned and operated company and we are proud of the
growth we have had over the 21 years we have been in business. We have a
total 17 beds between our 4 group homes and just over 40 employees! We

Since no Experience is needed, all applicants will be considered because
MAC Residential Services provides paid professional training courses to
employees including CPR/First Aid, Mandt, CRMA, and DSP. (College of

REQUIREMENTS:
18+ age at hire, Diploma or GED is preferred but will accept applicants
who are working towards achievement. Reliable Transportation, Acceptable
background checks.
