About the Role:
Join MGL STRATEGIES LLC as a Directional Drilling Field Quality Control Inspector, where you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of quality in our drilling operations. Based in Louisville, KY, we are committed to excellence and innovation in the energy sector, and we invite you to be part of our dynamic team. This position requires to travel to job sites located in Kentucky,  Indiana, Michigan, Wiscounsin, Illinois, Minnesota, etc. 



Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough inspections of directional drilling operations to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Monitor drilling processes and equipment performance, providing real-time feedback to field personnel.
• Document and report any discrepancies or issues found during inspections.
• Collaborate with project managers to develop and implement quality control plans.
• Assist in training field personnel on quality assurance best practices.
• Perform regular audits of drilling sites to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections and quality control measures.
• Participate in safety meetings and contribute to a culture of safety and quality.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in quality control or inspection within the directional drilling industry.
• Strong understanding of directional drilling techniques and equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and specifications.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to various job sites as needed.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Certification in Quality Control or related field is a plus.
• Commitment to safety and adherence to industry regulations.
