Job Description
The Director of School Choice Operations & Enrollment leads district strategy and implementation of the district's unified enrollment operations, including the School Choice application, lottery and transfer processes, student enrollment services, enrollment systems and operational processes, ensuring that the HISD enrollment and school choice experience process is fair, efficient, and accurate.
This role requires strong leadership, strategic planning expertise, the ability to manage teams, lead cross-functional operational initiatives, and culitivate collaborative relationships across the district.
The Director is responsible for aligning School Choice Operations and Student Enrollment into one seamless operational model that supports families from application to enrollment and beyond.
