Job Description
- Own the Patient Access enablement strategy, roadmap, priorities, and outcomes.
- Establish standards, governance, decision rights, and operating frameworks for access technology, digital access, automation, workforce enablement and related capabilities.
- Identify structural barriers to access and solutions based on patient impact.
- Advise the VP, Patient Access and executive leadership on access capabilities, technology investments, vendor performance, and system-level opportunities.
