Job Summary:
Christian Brothers Services is seeking a Director of Account Management within its Health Solutions team. Health Solutions delivers comprehensive health and wellness benefits to Catholic member organizations. In this role, you will lead a team of Account Managers focused on building strong, trusted relationships with member organizations while supporting organizational growth and mission-aligned results. The Director acts as a trusted advisor to members, brokers, and key partners promoting collaboration, transparency, and education in line with Christian Brothers Services mission.

Compensation & Benefits
The applicable base salary range for this role is $170,000 to $220,000.
The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
