Position overview:
The Director of Accounts Receivable (AR) is responsible for leading and optimizing all aspects of the organization’s receivables function, including billing, collections, cash application, and credit management. This role ensures timely and accurate invoicing, maximizes cash flow, minimizes bad debt risk, and drives continuous process improvements. The Director partners closely with Finance, Sales, and Operations to support business objectives while maintaining strong internal controls and compliance.

The pay range for this bonus-eligible role is $120,000 - $140,000 per year. Individual pay depends on various factors, such as role level, relevant experience and skills, and location. Pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the pay range applicable at the time.
