Competencies:
Ability to effectively teach strategies/interventions to deal with complex clinical conditions. Ability to build a positive work environment by fostering collaboration and trust among staff. Ability to coach for effective performance and give timely and constructive feedback. Computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Supervision of multiple group homes;
Oversight of all DDD Program, Clinical, Physical Plan, Daily Operation, and Licensing;
Development and maintenance of relationships with the Division of Developmental Disabilities staff and the DD Provider Community.
Monitoring and Maintaining Agency-wide Division of Developmental Disabilities regulations;
Coordination and support for RFP's related to growth and Development with DD services;
Be available in emergency situations on a 24-hour basis, and on-call responsibilities;
In charge of group home in absence of supervisor;
Travel required between counties;
Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Social Science or related field required, Masters degree a plus;
two (2) years' experience working in a residential program and;
two (2) years' supervisory experience and;
five (5) years' experience with developmental disabilities;
All positions require a valid driver's license in good standing and pre-employment drug screening.
