Overview:
Leads enterprise adoption of AI tools and workflows across VNS Health, a 130-year-old nonprofit healthcare organization. This role owns the strategy for scaling VNS Health's enterprise OpenAI license, designs persona-based training for our workforce and sits directly with business leaders to define the right AI tool set for their teams. Success is measured by how many people change how they work day to day, not by how many people attend a training session.

What You Will Do
- Own the enterprise AI tool strategy, including scaling the adoption and impact of VNS Health's enterprise OpenAI license across the organization
- Design and deliver persona-based AI training curricula tailored to different roles and workflows across the organization
- Sit with leaders and senior leaders across departments to identify the right AI tool set for their teams' specific workflows
- Build and manage the change management program that moves employees from tool access to actual daily workflow adoption
- Define and track adoption metrics against the enterprise usage target
- Own internal AI communications, keeping the organization informed as new tools, capabilities, and Ways of Working roll out
- Build and lead an AI champion network across business units to sustain adoption beyond initial training
- Continuously evaluate the enterprise AI tool landscape and recommend what to adopt, expand, or retire based on measured value and fit
- Report on enablement impact and ROI as part of the enterprise AI value realization tracking process
- Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's Degree required
Master's Degree preferred
Work Experience:8+ years of experience in learning and development, change management, digital adoption, or AI enablement, including recent experience driving enterprise AI or generative AI tool adoption. required
Demonstrated experience designing and delivering training programs at scale across a large, complex organization. required
Experience partnering directly with senior leaders to translate business workflows into tool and training strategy. required
Track record measuring and reporting adoption and impact metrics for a technology or process change program. required
Experience with enterprise AI platforms such as OpenAI/ChatGPT Enterprise, Microsoft Copilot, or similar. required
Experience in healthcare or another large-scale, highly regulated service organization. preferred
Instructional design or curriculum development background. preferred
Minimum five years of management and people leadership experience. required
Pay Range:
USD $193,600.00 - USD $258,200.00 /Yr.
