GENERAL SUMMARY:
Responsible for the overall leadership, administration, and strategic direction of the surgery center and operationally responsible for the Elkhorn campus including, but not limited to, services provided in the Medical Office Building. Ensures safe, high-quality, efficient, and patient-centered care delivery in compliance with federal and Nebraska state regulations, including oversight by the Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS), CMS, and applicable accrediting bodies (e.g., AAAHC, Joint Commission). Partners with the Medical Director, Governing Board, and health system leadership to optimize operational performance, financial outcomes, regulatory compliance, and patient/physician satisfaction.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field. Master's degree preferred. Minimum five (5) years of healthcare-management experience. Minimum three (3) years of Ambulatory Services Center (ASC) management experience. Knowledge of CMS ASC Conditions for Coverage and regulatory requirements.
