Position Summary
Reporting to the Executive Director, Columbia Residential, the Director of Asset Management is expected to execute Columbia Residential's capital and non-capital financial strategic plans to achieve positive net operating income from an assigned portfolio of Columbia University faculty, graduate student, and general student housing while improving asset value and ensuring resident satisfaction. The Director will provide value-added financial information and analyses that supports high-quality decision-making for Columbia Residential properties.
