Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business development strategies aligned with corporate growth objectives.
- Identify and qualify new opportunities through market research, networking, and client engagement.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, owners, developers, architects, engineers, and industry influencers.
- Lead pursuit planning, proposal development, presentations, and pre-contract activities.
- Collaborate with preconstruction, project management, and operations teams to ensure seamless project transitions.
- Maintain CRM data, customer action plans, market intelligence, and opportunity tracking.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade associations, and community organizations.
- Provide leadership, mentorship, coaching, and performance management for business development team members.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Business, Real Estate, or a related field preferred.
- 10+ years of professional experience, including 5+ years in business development and
- 3+ years in construction project management.
- Solid knowledge of design-build delivery methods and construction project lifecycles.
- Proven success developing client relationships, securing new business, and leading pursuit strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and leadership skills.
- Strategic, self-motivated professional with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive results.
