Drive growth across Visy''s Consumer Goods Vertical by winning new business and building strategic customer relationships across North America.

• Use existing relationships across Consumer Goods, FMCG, Retail, Food & Beverage and E-Commerce customers to generate new business opportunities.
• Own a personal revenue target with strong, uncapped incentive upside.
• Sell end-to-end logistics solutions including Air Freight, Ocean Freight, Customs Brokerage, Domestic Transportation, Warehousing and Contract Logistics.
• Strong preference for candidates with an existing book of business and a proven track record of generating revenue within the logistics industry.
• Chicago-based preferred, with responsibility for driving growth across the Consumer Goods Vertical across the Midwest and North America.

Role Details

You will lead growth within Visy''s Consumer Goods Vertical, driving new business and generating revenue across our end-to-end logistics offering, including Air Freight, Ocean Freight, Customs Brokerage, Domestic Transportation, Warehousing and Contract Logistics.

This is a true hunting role, not a pure account management position. We are looking for someone who is currently selling logistics solutions into FMCG, Retail, Food & Beverage, Consumer Products or E-Commerce customers and can leverage existing relationships to build pipeline, win new business and generate revenue.

This role is best suited to a sales professional currently selling into the FMCG, food & beverage, retail, e-commerce, consumer products or packaged goods sectors who has a demonstrated track record of turning relationships into revenue-generating opportunities.

What You''ll Do

• Position Visy''s global freight forwarding, warehousing, transportation, customs brokerage and contract logistics solutions services to consumer goods customers across North America.
• Build and manage a pipeline of qualified opportunities across Consumer Goods, FMCG, Retail, Food & Beverage and E-Commerce customers.
• Win new business through prospecting, relationship development and strategic solution selling.
• Expand existing customer relationships through additional logistics and supply chain services.
• Work closely with product, operations and pricing teams to deliver customer-focused logistics solutions.
• Develop opportunities across domestic and international trade lanes.

Success in This Role Looks Like

• Generating qualified pipeline opportunities within the first 90 days.
• Leveraging an existing network of consumer goods, FMCG, retail and food & beverage relationships.
• Building measurable revenue and gross profit opportunities.
• Winning new business rather than simply maintaining existing accounts.
• Expanding Visy''s presence within the Consumer Goods Vertical across North America.

What You Will Bring to the Team

• Minimum 10 years of logistics sales or logistics experience, with a strong freight-forwarding background and knowledge of international logistics solutions.
• Current business development, strategic account or enterprise sales experience within freight forwarding, 3PL, contract logistics or supply chain solutions.
• Existing relationships within Consumer Goods, FMCG, Food & Beverage, Retail or E-Commerce customers.
• A strong deal-closing mindset, with the ability to identify customer gaps and pain points, understand the business impact, match those needs to the right logistics solution, clearly articulate the value and convert opportunities into profitable revenue.
• Proven experience selling Air Freight, Ocean Freight, Customs Brokerage, Warehousing, Transportation or broader logistics solutions.
• Strong hunter mentality and a track record of winning new business.
• Ability to demonstrate how you would build pipeline and generate opportunities within your first 30/60/90 days.
• Strong commercial acumen with a focus on revenue, gross profit and customer growth.
• Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
