**Job Title: Business Development - Sales (Northeast US & Canada Territory)** **Overview** We're seeking a motivated and results-driven sales professional with proven experience in the relocation industry. This is a remote position responsible for driving new business across the Northeast U.S. and Canada territory, with moderate travel requirements (20-30%). **Key Responsibilities** + **Territory Strategy & Prospecting:** Develop and execute a strategic plan to identify and engage prospective clients within the assigned region. + **Lead Nurturing:** Build strong relationships with prospects, assess business fit, and guide them through the sales cycle. + **Pricing & Profitability:** Create competitive pricing strategies that align with company profitability goals. + **Proposal Development:** Lead RFP responses in collaboration with technical writers and subject matter experts. + **Sales Presentations:** Participate in client presentations, coordinate dry runs, and communicate win strategies. + **Contract Negotiation:** Drive contract negotiations with support from the legal team. + **Client Onboarding:** Ensure a seamless transition by partnering with client services and implementation teams. + **Special Projects:** Manage strategic initiatives, trade conferences, and other projects as needed. **Leadership & Representation** + Represent the Sales team at industry events and conferences, leveraging supplier relationships and hosting company-sponsored events. + Foster strong internal and external partnerships to deliver innovative solutions and exceed client expectations. **Qualifications** + Ability to travel 20-30%. + Minimum 2 years of successful experience selling outsourced services to multinational companies. + Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. + Strong presentation and networking skills (in-person and virtual). + Expertise in new business development and consultative selling, including crafting tailored value propositions. + Demonstrated ability to build and manage a robust pipeline, understanding client needs and pain points. + Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
