This role is responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities while positioning our organization as a trusted partner for AI transformation, product development, and nearshore talent solutions. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable engaging with C-level executives, uncovering complex business challenges, leading consultative sales conversations, and collaborating with internal delivery teams to create compelling solutions. This is not a transactional sales role. We are looking for someone who can build executive relationships, identify opportunities where AI and technology can create business value, and guide prospects from initial conversation through long-term partnership.

    WHAT YOU’LL DO

    Drive New Revenue Growth

    • Own a pipeline of strategic opportunities across AI transformation, product development, technology services, and talent solutions
    • Identify, prospect, and engage target accounts across priority industries
    • Build and manage relationships with C-level executives, including CEOs, CIOs, CTOs, CDOs, CMOs, and Heads of Product
    • Generate and close new business opportunities aligned with our service offerings

    Lead Consultative Sales Efforts

    • Understand client business objectives, operational challenges, and AI transformation initiatives
    • Position our Staff Augmentation, Agile Labs, and AI Agile Labs offerings as strategic solutions
    • Lead discovery sessions and executive-level conversations
    • Develop compelling business cases and value propositions
    • Challenge client thinking and bring new perspectives on AI adoption, product innovation, and organizational transformation

    Build Market Presence

    • Represent us at industry events, conferences, and executive networking opportunities.
    • Develop relationships with strategic partners and industry influencers.
    • Stay informed on trends across:
      • Artificial Intelligence
      • AI Transformation
      • Product Development
      • Nearshore Delivery
      • Talent Strategy

    WHAT YOU'LL NEED

    • Experience selling:
      • Staff Augmentation
      • Managed Teams
      • Software Development Services
      • AI Transformation Services
      • AI Agile Labs
      • Product Engineering Services
      • Consulting Services
    • Existing network across U.S.-based technology, digital, marketing, media, healthcare, financial services, or enterprise organizations
    • Experience working with nearshore delivery models
    • Familiarity with AI platforms, cloud technologies, data solutions, and modern software engineering practices.
