Partner with cross-functional teams to standardize performance metrics benchmarks and methodologies. Utilize modern analytics tools and AI-driven insights to monitor trends and improve reporting efficiency.Required Skills 8 years of experience in business intelligence strategy or performance analytics. Strong experience analyzing multi-unit or hospitalitybusiness portfolio data. Expertise in key performance metrics such as revenue trends pricing and occupancy analytics. Advanced skills in data visualization tools such as Power BI Tableau or similar. Proven ability to present complex insights to executive stakeholders in a clear strategic manner. Strong analytical financial modeling and storytelling capabilities. Experience working in highly collaborative cross-functional environments.Preferred Skills & Qualifications Background in hospitality travel or franchise-based businesses.
