Job Overview
The Director, Business Office Advisor - Infusion Services is responsible for advising on all aspects of the infusion business office for clients on behalf of Fairview Pharmacy Solutions. This includes financial modeling in pro formas, training intake and billing staff, revenue cycle deep dives, and contract reviews. The director will implement strategies to provide excellent customer experience and help assure the overall health of Fairview Pharmacy Solutions advisory team. The role is responsible for continuous improvement, keeping in touch with industry standards and benchmarking with peers, and the implementation of strategic objectives to ensure operational success through business growth. They will align with all aspects of Fairview Pharmacy Solutions to drive business growth through valued partnerships.
This position reports to the Vice President and is recognized both organizationally and nationally. This position will attend national conferences and provide a presence - representing Fairview Pharmacy Solutions. They will, from time to time, present at conferences or speaking opportunities - on topics regarding our successes, partnership, or innovations. In addition, this individual may be asked to write articles in industry publications regarding the business office or some specific topic on Infusion Services Revenue Cycle or other related infusion services.

The posted pay range is for a 40-hour workweek (1.0 FTE).
