LHH is partnering with a commercial national HVAC manufacturer on a search for a Director, Business Unit Finance to join their Redmond, OR location. This is a leadership role that serves as a strategic liaison between Finance and multiple business units ensuring alignment of financial planning with objectives. You will oversee budgeting, forecasting and performance analysis to provide informed decision making and drive results. This is a direct hire job, that works onsite offering a salary between $184K - $220K + 30% bonus and 40% equity. Here are more details about this job:
RESPONSIBILITIES
Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and provide recommendations for improvement
Prepare and present financial reports and performance reviews to leadership teams
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and support strategic initiatives
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field - MBA or CPA highly desirable
10+ Years of experience in finance with 5 of those in manufacturing
Strong command of financial principals and budgeting processes
