Director Case Management

A Director of Case Management opportunity is available in Las Vegas, NV at a large acute care hospital — the largest acute care facility in Nevada — that includes a comprehensive stroke center recognized with the Gold Plus Performance Achievement Award from the GWTG and the state's only fresh post-op Pediatric CICU.

The role. The Director of Case Management leads and evaluates all departmental operations, including the case management model, staffing skill mix, onboarding, and staff competencies to meet performance and quality objectives. This leader ensures the timeliness, quality, and proper documentation of care coordination and discharge planning processes across the facility. The Director partners closely with the Facility CFO, Division CM Leader, CMO, CNO, ancillary service leaders, and compliance and legal stakeholders to advance established goals. Ongoing performance improvement is a core focus — the Director analyzes operational data, identifies gaps, and implements sustainable solutions. Strong strategic relationships with physicians and the post-acute community are central to success in this role.

What we're looking for.

• Bachelor's degree, required
• Master's degree in Nursing, Health Administration, or Business Administration, preferred
• Either Registered Nurse (RN) licensure, Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW), required
• 3+ years' experience in overall acute care Hospital Case Management, required
• 2+ years' experience in case management leadership, required

Schedule. Full-time, days schedule with rotating weekends; shifts are 7–10 hours.

Compensation. $135, 004 - $200, 000 per year plus $10, 000 sign-on bonus
