A Director of Case Management opportunity is available in Las Vegas, NV at the largest acute care facility in Nevada — a hospital serving the region for nearly 60 years that holds a comprehensive stroke center recognized with the Gold Plus Performance Achievement Award from the Get With The Guidelines program and houses the state's only fresh post-op Pediatric Cardiac Intensive Care Unit.

The role. The Director of Case Management holds executive accountability for all daily hospital case management operations, overseeing the case management model, staffing mix and FTEs, information technology utilization, onboarding, and staff competency programs. This leader ensures the integrity of care coordination and discharge planning processes — with emphasis on timeliness, documentation quality, and continuity across transitions of care — while actively engaging interdisciplinary teams and external stakeholders to optimize clinical resource utilization. The Director partners directly with the facility CFO and divisional case management leadership to meet established operational and financial goals, and builds strategic working relationships with the CMO, CNO, ancillary service leaders, and compliance and legal teams. Sustained performance improvement is a core expectation: the Director evaluates operational processes, analyzes outcome data, and implements measurable initiatives to drive and maintain results.

What we're looking for.
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Master's degree in Nursing, Health Administration, or Business Administration preferred
  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) licensure, Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) required
  • 3+ years of acute care hospital case management experience required
  • 2+ years of case management leadership experience required
  • Demonstrated ability to independently analyze data and develop action plans, with established strategic relationships with physicians and the post-acute community

Schedule. Full-time, days with rotating weekends, 7–10 hour shifts.

Compensation. $135,004 - $202,555 per year plus $18 sign-on bonus
