Job Summary and Responsibilities
As our Cardiac Cath Lab Director, you will lead daily operations, ensuring high-quality, safe, and efficient cardiac care, managing staff, and upholding clinical standards.

- Coordinates patient flow.
- Consults in patient care situations requiring advanced competency & knowledge Serves as clinical resource for problem solving and Assists staff with patient‐related issues and emergency situations
- Acts as liaison and collaborates with other departments, physicians and patient care services to facilitate care progression and ensure quality nursing care
- Serves as a role model to develop staff competence in the delivery of nursing care based on national professional standards.
- Recognizes noncompliance and demonstrates correct application of hospital policy and procedures Responsible for cost effective operations and initiatives
- Facilitates unit‐based performance enhancement program/projects
Job Requirements
Required
- Bachelors Degree and *Five (5) years leadership experience, upon hire
- Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer, upon hire or
- Registered Nurse: TX, upon hire or
- Medical Radiographer: TX, upon hire or
- Registered Vascular Technologist, upon hire or
- Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer, upon hire and
- Basic Life Support - CPR, within 14 - days and
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support, within 6 - months
