How You'll Make An ImpactAs the Director, Change Enablement & Culture, you will lead the people strategy and execution for the company's most critical enterprise transformations, with an initial focus on AI strategy & integration and the rollout of our company values. You will ensure that complex change efforts move beyond ideas and communications into real, sustained adoption, shaping how leaders lead, how team members work, and how culture evolves. This role does not own internal communications or learning curriculum design but ensures aligned practices to drive lasting change.What You'll DoLead enterprise change enablement for AI strategy & integration, ensuring alignment between technology execution, culture, leadership behavior, and team member experience.Translate AI, values, and enterprise transformation strategies into practical, human-centered change approaches that drive understanding, trust, and adoption.Partner with leaders to embed company values into everyday behaviors, ways of working, and leadership expectations.Build and sustain strong, trust-based relationships across People & Culture, Technology, Learning & Development, Internal Communications, Organizational Culture, Finance, and business leaders.Act as the connective tissue across initiatives, ensuring coordinated, sequenced change efforts.Equip senior leaders and people managers with clarity, context, and tools needed to lead through AI-driven and enterprise change.Identify cultural, behavioral, and workforce implications of transformation and proactively address resistance, confusion, or change fatigue.Define adoption and effectiveness measures; gather feedback and data to continuously refine change strategies.Operate autonomously—setting direction, prioritizing work, and moving initiatives forward while keeping senior leaders informed.Expand scope to support additional enterprise transformations, including operating model shifts, leadership transitions, and future-of-work initiatives.Lead international integration efforts to ensure consistent cultural alignment and values across global markets.What You'll Need10+ years of experience in change management, organizational effectiveness, culture transformation, or enterprise enablement.Demonstrated experience leading large-scale, ambiguous change initiatives, ideally involving technology, AI, People & Culture, or operating model transformation.Strong ability to influence and lead through relationships rather than authority.Highly organized and execution-oriented, managing multiple complex initiatives simultaneously.Comfortable operating in fast-evolving environments where strategy and solutions are still taking shape.Practical, grounded approach with a strong understanding of how change impacts real people and day-to-day work.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Must have legal right to work in the U.S.At SiriusXM, compensation for this position ranges from $145,600 to $194,100, depending on skills, qualifications, and experience.
