What You Will Do to Change Lives

The Director, Change Strategy is a key position in driving the organization's success. Reporting to the Vice President of Planning & Implementation, The Director, Change Strategy leads the development and execution of the change strategy for the enterprise ERP transformation, ensuring successful adoption across the organization. Reporting into the Transformation Office, this role is responsible for designing and delivering a holistic change readiness approach, including stakeholder engagement, communications, and behavior change strategies.

Full Time | Monday-Friday | 8:30am-5:00pm
Expected starting wage range is $134,060.10 - $165,567.54. Telecare applies geographic differentials to its pay ranges. The pay range assigned to this role will be based on the geographic location from which the role is performed. Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements.
What You Bring to the Table (Must Have)
- Eight to twelve plus (8-12+) years of experience in organizational change management, communications, or transformation leadership roles.
- Proven experience leading change strategy for large-scale transformations in healthcare settings.
- Experience driving change across complex, multi-stakeholder organizations.
- Experience partnering with implementation vendors, functional leaders, and executive stakeholders.
- Deep expertise in established change methodologies such as Prosci (ADKAR) or Kotter's 8-Step Process, with the ability to adapt frameworks to organizational context.
- Experience partnering with external implementation vendors and consulting firms.
Preferred:
- Master's degree (MBA, MHA, or related field) preferred.
- Change management certification (e.g., PROSCI, CCMP or Kotter Change certification)
- ERP (Workday, Oracle, SAP, PeopleSoft) implementation experience in a healthcare setting
