Responsibilities:

• Leads portfolio-level strategy and revenue performance, turning surfaced opportunities into prioritized growth plans and aligning resources, teams, and execution to drive expansion. • Leads forecasting, planning, and resourcing to ensure staffing alignment, delivery excellence, and financial performance. • Builds and maintains trusted senior-level client relationships, serving as a strategic advisor focused on measurable business impact. • Leads the development of major client proposals, including strategic direction, pricing, and integrated campaign concepts. • Ensures consistent, high-quality delivery across all assigned accounts-on time, on budget, and to the highest standard. • Partners with PMO on new scopes to ensure clarity in staffing, timelines, and financial structure. • Proactively manages portfolio risks, staffing gaps, and escalations in partnership with key client stakeholders. • Champions operational consistency, process adoption, and strong cross-functional collaboration. • Influences the development of scalable systems, workflows, and client service standards that improve efficiency and delivery quality. • Leads, develops, and performance-manages senior account leaders by setting clear expectations, coaching for impact, and fostering a culture of accountability, growth, and strong client outcomes across the portfolio. • Drives AI- and data-first thinking by standardizing workflows and operationalizing smarter, scalable solutions. • Stays ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies, sharing insights to fuel innovation and client growth.

Skills and Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in client services or account management, preferably within a media, digital or social/influencer agency environment. • Proven track record of developing, maintaining and growing strong relationships with key clients to ensure a deep understanding of client needs and strategic business objectives. • Experience overseeing key account metrics, including client satisfaction, revenue growth, and profitability, with a focus on driving results. • Ability to lead and develop high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation:

This role has an annual salary range of $140,000.00 to $155,000.00. This range reflects the full scope and progression of the role, from building capability to operating with sustained impact at a higher level. In addition to base salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits and total rewards package designed to support our team as they grow with us. Where an offer falls within this range is determined through the interview process. Candidates are benchmarked by the hiring team based on role scope, relevant experience, skill alignment, and expected impact, using consistent and objective criteria.
