Key Responsibilities
Lead the integration and expansion of advanced technologies to improve collections performance.
Oversee process improvements and system transitions for increased operational efficiency.
Maintain a customer-centric approach, balancing debt recovery with client relationships.
Develop and implement collection strategies that align with organizational goals.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in debt collection practices.
Qualifications
Minimum 6 years of experience in collections, credit risk management, or related financial services.
At least 2 years of leadership experience in directing large-scale collections operations.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience in developing strategies that balance delinquency reduction with customer experience.
Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
