We are seeking an experienced Director of Construction Management to help shape the future of our Delaware Valley facilities, including our historic $130+ million hospital expansion. This role offers the opportunity to lead critical projects that directly support Whole Child Health and our commitment to being the healthiest workforce -because the well-being of our associates is the foundation of the care we provide.
About the Role
The Director of Construction Management oversees a team of construction project managers charged with managing all major construction and renovation projects across the Delaware Valley. This leader ensures alignment of project deliverables with safety, quality, and delivery standards; manages budgets; directs a high-performing team; and partners across the organization to ensure a seamless experience for patients, families, and associates.
You will directly influence the success of our multi-year growth strategy and ensure that every project supports the next chapter of Nemours Children's excellence.
