Join our first-class team to reinvent in-flight experience. In the role of Director, Continuous Improvement youll play a pivotal part on our Director, Continuous Improvement team. The Director of Continuous Improvement is responsible for managing key initiatives and stakeholders in their goals for operational excellence, coordinating and leading continuous improvement activities within the Cabin Division. This position acts as the interface between the Cabin Division, SAFRAN Cabin branch, and Safran Group continuous improvement organizations and teams, ensuring methodological alignment in activities. The role will use Lean-Sigma and One SAFRAN methodology and tools to ensure success in CI initiatives, and to make positive impacts to Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost.
This position will also play a vital role in the deployment and monitoring of QRQC maturity improvement initiatives across the site, and actively contributes to the continuous improvement culture development by means of its promotion, Lean Sigma methodology training and active communication within the site. This position reports to the Director of Operations.

Cabin TA:
The expected salary range for this position is between $133,230 - $209,360 USD. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, education, and other factors permitted by law.
