Job Summary

Manages vertical and product sales strategies by collaborating with cross-functional teams, driving customer engagement, and ensuring alignment with business objectives. Coordinates market positioning efforts, benchmarks industry trends, and defines key product offerings to maximize competitive advantage. Advises with managers to develop tactical and operational plans, allocate resources effectively, and ensure quality and consistency in solution delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Manages departmental operations by establishing strategic goals, performance metrics, and policies to drive the effectiveness of contractor solutions. Develops tactical and operational plans to align resources and workflows with organizational objectives, ensuring the seamless delivery of services. Defines contractor-focused programs and initiatives that address industry trends and customer needs while promoting operational excellence. Coordinates cross-functional collaboration between teams to streamline processes, mitigate risks, and enhance service delivery. Ensures quality and consistency across all contractor solutions by implementing industry best practices and continuous improvement methodologies. Collaborates with internal stakeholders and external partners to influence outcomes and drive innovation in contractor solutions. Advises with managers to evaluate performance, resolve challenges, and refine strategies for achieving business objectives. Hires and develops managers and supervisors, fostering a culture of growth, accountability, and collaboration within the department. Audits processes and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implements solutions that enhance departmental efficiency.Performs other duties as assigned Complies with all policies and standardsManages staff performance and development, coaching team members to achieve their full potential in contributing to the departments goals.

Required Education & Experience

Minimum Education Level: Bachelors Degree

Years of Experience: 8-11 Years

Field of Expertise: Understanding the work of an electrical contractor is preferred

Preferred Education & Experience

Minimum Education Level: Master's degree

Licenses/Certificates: Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Construction Manager (CCM) certification

Years of Experience: 12-14 Years
