  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across reporting processes, data flows, and systems, identifying opportunities to increase automation and efficiency.
  • Act as the key point of contact and subject matter expert for ACV reporting, establishing a trusted and consistent view of performance across the business.
  • Lead, develop, and mentor a high-performing team responsible for reporting, analysis, and business support activities.
  • Support executive leadership with strategic analysis and presentations that inform planning, forecasting, and decision-making at both divisional and enterprise level.

The successful candidate will bring a blend of commercial finance, revenue analytics, and leadership experience gained within a complex, recurring revenue business. You will be highly analytical, naturally curious, and capable of translating large volumes of data into meaningful business insights that support strategic decision-making.

  • Experience partnering with senior finance, commercial, sales operations, and business leaders to influence decision-making and performance outcomes.
  • Strong knowledge of revenue recognition principles and the relationship between commercial performance metrics and reported revenue.
  • Advanced analytical and data manipulation skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear and actionable insights.
  • Experience working with large data sets and reporting tools such as Salesforce, Oracle, Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, or similar platforms.
  • A proven track record of improving reporting processes, strengthening controls, and driving greater confidence in business performance reporting.
