The Director, Corporate FP&A leads Day & Zimmermanns annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes, delivering accurate, insight-driven financial plans aligned with Strategic Growth objectives and operational priorities. The role partners with finance, corporate functions, and executive leadership to drive enterprise performance reporting, earnings and cash flow targets, G&A optimization, capital allocation, portfolio and M&A analysis, and balance sheet management. It also collaborates with Financial Systems and IT to strengthen FP&A capabilities, data integrity, and scalable decision-support tools across the organization.

In compliance with this states pay transparency laws, the salary range for this role is $146,480 - $219,720. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
