About the RoleWe are seeking a Director of Corporate Strategy to help shape the company's long-term vision, growth priorities, and strategic roadmap. This role partners closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to drive high-impact initiatives across corporate strategy and business model evolution.You will operate at the intersection of product, data science, hardware, finance, and go-to-market-helping translate complex market, technology, and consumer dynamics into clear strategic choices.The ideal candidate brings experience from high-growth, product-led technology companies and demonstrates strong strategic judgment, structured thinking, and the ability to align diverse stakeholders in a fast-moving environment.This is a hybrid position based in San Francisco requiring 3 days per week in the office.Key ResponsibilitiesCorporate & Growth StrategySupport development of the company's long-term and multi-year strategy, including growth priorities, market expansion, and strategic tradeoffsIdentify and evaluate new growth opportunities, adjacencies, and strategic betsConduct market, competitive, and industry analysis to inform leadership decisionsBusiness Model & Monetization StrategyLead strategic thinking on Oura's evolving business model across hardware, membership, partnerships, and servicesPartner with Finance, Commercial, and Product to assess unit economics and investment tradeoffsIdentify opportunities for new business models and refine monetization approaches as the product ecosystem and member base scaleExecutive & Cross-Functional LeadershipAct as a trusted thought partner to senior leaders and the executive teamTranslate complex analyses into clear, concise narratives that inform high-stakes decisionsThe voice aligning aligning our value agenda to the company and boardCollaborate closely with Product, Data Science, Hardware, Finance, Marketing, Sales, Legal, and Business Development teamsQualifications10+ years of experience in corporate strategy, business strategy, or management consultingExperience in technology, consumer tech, SaaS, or hardware-enabled servicesStrong understanding of business models, pricing, monetization, and commercial strategyProven ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead cross-functional workExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skillsComfortable operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environmentsPreferred ExperienceBackground in top-tier strategy consulting and/or in-house strategy at a high-growth tech companyExperience partnering closely with Product, Finance, and Go-to-Market leadersExposure to subscription or consumer-facing business modelsMBA or equivalent advanced degree a plusBenefitsAt Oura, we care deeply about your well-being and development.
