Join us to make history — for patients, for their families, for the future.
BRAFTOVI is a growth driver in Pfizer Oncology’s Precision Medicine & Thoracic Franchise, and metastatic colorectal cancer is its engine, progressing the BREAKWATER launch. Following full FDA approval and the expanded 1L indication for BRAFTOVI in combination with cetuximab and fluorouracil-based chemotherapy, CRC is expected to remain a growth priority over the next 3–4 years. For BRAF V600E mCRC patients - who face a poor prognosis and a short, high-stakes window from diagnosis to treatment - getting them to test fast, make the results visible to provider, getting the regimen started, and keeping patients on it, changes outcomes. This role owns whether that happens at scale.
This is the senior commercial seat for the CRC indication and the owner of the CRC specific goals. You are expected to set and adapt the overall CRC growth strategy, own the go-to-market model evolution, and carry the indication P&L story end-to-end — topline, NPS, forecasting, latest estimates, and the KPI framework the franchise steers by. You lead the CRC marketing team’s strategy through influence, holding joint accountability with the CRC marketers for delivering one shared set of imperatives. Within that mandate, role is expected to lead Strategic Imperative #3 — preventing unnecessary early discontinuation through proactive HCP and patient support — a new-for-2027 imperative being build from the ground up.
