What you will do::

Deal Governance & Pricing Control

  • Review and approve pricing exceptions within delegated authority levels
  • Enforce pricing policies, approval workflows, and documentation standards
  • Validate margin thresholds and financial impact before deal approval
  • Ensure compliance with discount structures, floor pricing, and segmentation rules
  • Escalate high-risk or non-standard deals appropriately

Complex Deal Structuring

  • Support sales teams in structuring large, multi-product, or strategic transactions
  • Evaluate profitability scenarios and financial trade-offs
  • Provide guidance on payment terms, volume incentives, and bundled pricing
  • Coordinate cross-functional reviews for high-value or non-standard agreements

Customer Rebates & Incentives

  • Oversee design, approval, and tracking of rebate programs
  • Partner with Finance to ensure accurate accruals and financial reporting
  • Monitor rebate utilization, compliance, and ROI
  • Ensure rebate structures align with pricing strategy and margin targets

Performance Monitoring & Controls

  • Track discount trends and margin leakage
  • Develop reporting on deal cycle times and exception frequency
  • Identify patterns of policy non-compliance and propose corrective actions
  • Recommend continuous improvements to approval workflow
What you will bring::
  • 7–12+ years of experience in Deal Desk, Commercial Finance, Pricing Operations, or Sales Operations
  • Strong financial acumen with ability to model profitability and margin impact
  • Experience managing rebate or incentive programs
  • Deep understanding of contract structures and commercial risk
  • Ability to operate under time pressure while maintaining governance discipline
  • Strong cross-functional influence and executive communication skills

 

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
