- Lead end-to-end execution of large-scale technology programs and strategic initiatives
- Drive program planning, execution, governance, risk management, and delivery excellence
- Manage multiple concurrent projects with cross-functional dependencies
- Ensure timely delivery of programs within scope, budget, and quality expectations
- Establish and monitor KPIs, delivery metrics, and operational dashboards
- Drive Agile, Scrum, and enterprise delivery best practices across teams
- Build and maintain strong relationships with executive leadership, customers, partners, and internal stakeholders
