Job Description
The Director of Data Management and Governance will lead the enterprise-wide strategy and execution of data governance, metadata management, data quality, and stewardship practices across BOK Financial. This senior leadership role is critical to building foundational data capabilities, driving adoption, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations. The Director will be responsible for selecting and implementing tools, establishing processes, and embedding governance into business and technology workflows.

Education & Experience Requirements
This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Management, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field of study and 10+ years of experience in data governance, data management, or enterprise information architecture.
