Job Description
Salary is 200k to 250k + bonus
- Senior management experience within Capital Markets, with strong knowledge of Sales & Trading and the end-to-end trade lifecycle across Equities, Fixed Income, FX, Futures, and Derivatives.
- Strong understanding of how critical Markets data is created, processed, and consumed across Front Office, Middle Office, Operations, Risk, Finance, and Regulatory functions, including trade, instrument, counterparty, pricing, position, settlement, and market data.
- Proven experience leading Data Governance and Data Quality initiatives, including establishing data ownership, business definitions, controls, standards, lineage, and processes to improve the accuracy and reliability of critical data.
- Demonstrated ability to identify and resolve complex data issues by analyzing root causes, assessing business impact, prioritizing remediation, and driving solutions across business and technology teams.
- Strong experience partnering with Technology to translate business needs into data and platform requirements, define priorities, and shape solutions that support trading, operations, risk, valuation, and reporting processes.
- Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills, with experience managing data professionals and influencing senior stakeholders across business and technology organizations to establish accountability, implement governance, and drive organizational change.
