We are looking for a highly experienced Director - Delivery & Growth with strong Semiconductor domain expertise to lead large enterprise delivery engagements and drive strategic customer growth. The ideal candidate should have deep experience managing end-to-end delivery programs across Infrastructure, Digital Transformation, and Enterprise Applications for semiconductor/manufacturing clients.

The candidate must have experience managing large enterprise accounts and working directly with CIOs and executive leadership teams.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery for semiconductor enterprise accounts
\n
Manage Infrastructure, Digital, and Enterprise Application transformation programs
\n
Drive strategic account growth and customer success
\n
Partner with CIOs, CXOs, and executive stakeholders
\n
Lead delivery governance, escalations, SLAs, KPIs, and operational excellence
\n
Manage global onsite/offshore delivery teams
\n
Support solutioning, presales, and account expansion initiatives
\n
Own delivery financials including P&L, forecasting, and resource planning
