Job Overview
The Director, Dermatology TLL will help support ADQUEY by identifying market needs and opportunities through insight generation to help inform home office marketing strategy. The TLL team will also build advocacy for ADQUEY and Acrotech among Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), professional societies/advocacy groups, and other influential stakeholders.
To lead the team, you must be an exceptional leader with deep dermatology experience and existing relationships with dermatology KOLs. Since you will act as a player/coach, you must have strong expertise as a TLL, understanding the role, how to measure effectiveness, how to fine tune the responsibilities, and how to develop people so the TLL team is most effective and accountable.
The Director, Dermatology TLL will report to the Marketing Lead. This position will have responsibility for a specific geography and will be responsible for leading other TLLs.
All TLL interactions are always within label, and consistent with commercial compliance, legal and regulatory guidelines.

Methods to measure performance and ensure accountability.
The Compliance landscape shaping the role of the TLL.
How to fine-tune TLL responsibilities to compliantly meet the needs of the dermatology commercial teams
How various companies/therapeutic areas structure and define the TLL role
Broad range of leadership competencies and ability to work in cross-functional role.
Excellent communication, presentation and organizational skills
Understand, maintain and comply with all Acrotech Compliance Policies and Procedures as we adhere to FDA, OIG and Pharma Guidelines
