Job Summary/Basic Functions

The Director serves as the strategic, instructional, and operational leader of the Early Learning Center (ELC), guiding its development into a nationally recognized, high quality early childhood model and lab school. This role ensures the integration of exemplary care, evidence based practice, research, and professional development in alignment with LSUHSC's mission and vision.
