Responsibilities

• Lead the Education Revolution: Supervise daily operations, manage budgets, and build a stellar Education team.
• Craft the Ultimate Student Experience: Develop, train, and inspire your team to deliver exceptional education and support.
• Champion Compliance and Integrity: Ensure UTI''s operations adhere to legal standards and accrediting bodies.
• Be a Campus Hero: Fulfill Campus Security Authority (CSA) duties with diligence and care.
• Build an All-Star Team: Establish and maintain a motivated, high-performing team through effective training and development.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's Degree (Business Administration or Management preferred).
• Experience: 5 years of leadership or management experience.
• Project Management and strategic thinking prowess.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Strong people and leadership abilities.
• Time management, adaptability, and problem-solving skills.
