Director Emergency Services (RN) Lake Havasu City, AZ Job Type: Full-time | Days Schedule: Exempt, Days, Monday-Friday A ED Director who excels in this role:
Responsible for the strategic and operational leadership of the Emergency Department.
Manages staff relations including performance management, staff satisfaction, and conflict management. Performs and oversees scheduling, staff development, recruitment, payroll, and student engagements.
Monitors departmental budgets, regulatory compliance, departmental contracts, and vendor relations. Determines and justifies needs for systems/equipment/supplies purchases, monitors usage, and oversees proper working order and/or stock supplies.
Creates and fosters an environment that encourages professional growth.
Integrates evidence-based practices into operations and clinical protocols.
What we're looking for Applicants should have a current Arizona or Compact State RN license with Arizona endorsement and possess a Bachelor of Science (BSN) from an accredited nursing school. Additional requirements include:
Education: Master's degree (nursing or relevant field) preferred
Certifications: BCLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, and Handle with Care. Current Arizona RN license or Compact RN License with Arizona endorsement…
