THE IMPACT YOU CAN HAVE
The Director, Emerging Brands is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that accelerate growth for Ulta Beauty's emerging brand portfolio and strengthen the Only at Ulta assortment as a key point of differentiation.
This leader will oversee strategic brand-building initiatives designed to increase awareness, consideration, and long-term loyalty for high-potential emerging brands and exclusive partnerships. Working closely with Merchandising, Category Marketing, Media, Creative, Customer & Growth Marketing, and brand partners, this role will develop innovative go-to-market strategies that drive meaningful business growth while reinforcing Ulta Beauty's position as the destination for beauty discovery.
The ideal candidate is a strategic marketer with strong brand-building expertise, a passion for identifying emerging trends and brands, and a proven ability to translate consumer insights into impactful marketing programs. This role requires strong collaboration, executive presence, and the ability to influence across internal and external stakeholders.

The pay range for this position is $147,300.00 - $200,000.00 / Year with the opportunity for eligible associates to earn additional compensation pursuant to the Company's bonus plan. Exact pay will be based on factors including, but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, level, shift, geographic location, and business and organizational needs. Full-time positions are eligible for paid time off, health, dental, vision, life and disability benefits. Part-time positions are eligible for dental, vision, life, and disability benefits.
