Reporting to the Sr. Director of Technical Services, you will provide engineering leadership across electrical power, electrical safety, industrial controls, and digital manufacturing initiatives. You will lead technical engineering activities within a matrix organization, including the engagement and direction of external engineering firms, system integrators, and contractors. You will support the development of engineering talent, resolve technical conflicts with internal partners, and maintain strong knowledge of emerging technologies while ensuring corporate standards are established, maintained, and followed.
