Director, Engineering Program Management

As a Sr. Director Engineering Program Management here at Honeywell, you will lead and manage a team of engineering program managers. You will ensure the successful execution of engineering projects, driving operational excellence and improving project delivery. Your ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and define project scope, objectives, and deliverables will contribute to the overall success of the company. Your role will also involve monitoring project progress and ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets, which will help in maintaining efficient project management practices. You will report directly to our 1 and you will work out of our 2 location on a 3 work schedule. In this role, your expertise in engineering program management and your ability to drive results and meet challenging goals will play a crucial role in the company''s success and its ability to deliver high-quality solutions to its customers.

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics
• 8+ years of experience in engineering program management
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex engineering projects on time and within budget
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
