Summary: The Director of Enterprise Platforms is accountable for the operational health, security, scalability, and ongoing evolution of Envision's enterprise SaaS platforms, including Oracle Fusion Cloud and UKG Pro WFM. The role ensures platforms function as reliable, well‑engineered enterprise systems that support business execution within a regulated healthcare environment. This position owns the full platform lifecycle, including architecture, release readiness, integrations, operational stability, and continuous improvement. The Director leads a team of platform organization across engineering, architecture, delivery, and management roles. The role partners closely with HRIS, Finance/Accounting IS, and operational stakeholders while retaining clear accountability for platform outcomes, technical decisions, and engineering standards.

  • Deep technical expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud architecture and platform operations, including HCM, Payroll, Time & Labor, ERP, and related modules, with the ability to provide strategic oversight rather than day‑to‑day configuration
  • Strong understanding of enterprise engineering and delivery practices within SaaS environments, including platform stability, scalability, release management, and operational excellence
  • Proven ability to lead and develop large, senior technical organizations comprised of multiple teams led by managers or team leaders in mission‑critical environments
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate, communicate, and influence effectively across technical teams, business partners, and executive leadership to drive alignment and outcomes
  • Experience operating in highly regulated environments, with a strong preference for healthcare, including familiarity with compliance, audit, and security requirements
  • Experience managing non‑Oracle enterprise SaaS platforms (e.g., workforce management or scheduling systems such as UKG) as part of a broader Enterprise Platforms or shared services organization
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Sciences, or a related discipline required. Masters Degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud, including at least 3 years in a leadership role, spanning multiple modules such as ERP, HCM, Payroll, Oracle Time and Labor, EPM, and PPM is required.
  • Experience supporting healthcare or clinician‑heavy enterprises strongly preferred
  • Experience supporting large, complex organizations with 10,000+ employees, including multi‑state operations, complex payroll structures, and cross‑jurisdiction tax and workforce considerations
  • Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) services, including Autonomous Transaction Processing (ATP) and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), within an enterprise SaaS ecosystem
  • Enterprise SaaS platforms outside of Oracle, such as workforce management or scheduling systems (e.g., UKG), and their integration and operational considerations

  • Provides executive leadership over platform engineering, extensions, integrations, automation, reporting, and configuration, ensuring architectural integrity, reliability, and sustainable delivery velocity
  • Sets and influences modern engineering and delivery practices across the department, including agile models, backlog prioritization, CI/CD, automated testing, observability, and operational excellence
  • Partners with Enterprise and Oracle Architects to define, govern, and enforce architectural and integration standards (OIC, API‑first), preventing system drift and reducing technical debt
  • Leads responsible AI adoption across enterprise platforms by establishing governance, prioritization, and guardrails that balance innovation, speed, security, and risk
  • Ensures strong enterprise security and access governance, including separation of duties and least‑privilege access, in close partnership with Cyber Security and Internal Audit
  • Owns strategic vendor, system integrator, and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) relationships, influencing commercial strategy, reducing vendor risk, and optimizing cost and resilience
  • Oversees and accountable for department budgeting, forecasting, and financial transparency, clearly communicating investment decisions, trade‑offs, and outcomes to executive leadership.
