Enterprise PMO Leadership & Governance
· Define and execute the enterprise PMO strategy, operating model, governance framework, and project delivery standards.
· Establish consistent project management methodologies, templates, policies, and best practices across the organization.
· Select, implement, and continuously improve enterprise project and portfolio management (PPM) tools to increase transparency, efficiency, and execution excellence.
· Ensure appropriate governance through project stage gates, risk management, issue escalation, change control, and executive reporting.
· Develop meaningful KPIs, dashboards, and portfolio metrics that enable executive visibility into delivery performance and business outcomes.
· Drive continuous improvement of project and portfolio management maturity across the enterprise.
Portfolio Management & Strategic Prioritization
· Lead the enterprise project intake, evaluation, and prioritization process to ensure alignment with strategic business objectives.
· Facilitate the Enterprise Project Prioritization Board, enabling data-driven executive decisions regarding project selection, sequencing, funding, and resource allocation.
· Balance organizational demand with capacity while maximizing business value and strategic outcomes.
· Maintain a transparent, enterprise-wide technology investment portfolio and roadmap.
Business Relationship Management
· Lead the global Business Relationship Management (BRM) organization, establishing consistent standards, performance expectations, and operating practices.
· Develop and coach Business Relationship Managers to serve as strategic partners between business functions and Information Technology.
· Foster strong executive relationships that improve business alignment, stakeholder engagement, and solution delivery.
· Ensure business priorities are effectively translated into technology roadmaps and investment opportunities.
Financial Planning & Technology Investment Management
· Lead the annual IT operating and capital planning processes in partnership with Finance and IT leadership.
· Manage the IT financial planning process, including budgeting, forecasting, and investment governance.
· Develop and oversee business case methodologies that support funding decisions and value realization.
· Monitor technology investments throughout the project lifecycle to ensure financial accountability and expected business outcomes.
· Support executive leadership in securing funding for strategic initiatives.
Organizational Capability Development
· Build and mature enterprise project management capabilities through standardized processes, mentoring, coaching, and professional development.
· Establish competency models, career paths, and development programs for project managers, program managers, and Business Relationship Managers.
· Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, collaboration, and delivery excellence.
· Champion organizational change management practices that enable successful adoption of business and technology initiatives.
Leadership & Executive Partnership
· Lead and develop a high-performing global EPMO organization.
· Partner closely with IT and business executives to align technology investments with strategic priorities.
· Influence executive decision-making through data-driven insights, governance, and transparent portfolio reporting.
· Promote collaboration across infrastructure, cybersecurity, applications, data, operations, and business functions to enable successful enterprise transformation.
· Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership on portfolio health, organizational capacity, investment strategy, and delivery performance.
