Director, Event Marketing & Experiences (Remote)
Remote with proximity to a Slalom office.
Role summary
The Director of Events & Experiences will define and lead the next evolution of Slalom's global events function - transforming it from a strong execution engine into a strategic, experience-led marketing capability that drives measurable business impact.
This leader will be responsible for setting a clear vision for event marketing and experiences, elevating how we engage clients and prospects, and ensuring our events are directly contributing to pipeline, brand differentiation, and growth.

Compensation and Benefits

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this role, we are hiring at the following levels and targeted base pay salary ranges:
Chicago, Atlanta, Dallas, Denver, etc.: $153,000-$185,000
Seattle, Washington D.C., Boston: $167,000-$200,000
San Francisco: $182,000-$208,000
In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
