TITLE: Executive Director of School and Student Support Services

TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: Twelve (12) month unaffiliated position; other terms as determined by Board of Education and Superintendent of Schools

PRIMARY FUNCTION: The Executive Director will provide leadership and oversight for special education, family and community engagement, and pupil personnel services throughout the district. Additionally, they will support policy development designed to provide consistency and equity, compliance with all programs, services, resource distribution, processing and the assignment of special education and related services staff.

• District level special education service providers, special education supervisors and case managers
• Director of Climate and Culture and Assistant Director of Mental Health
• Lead teacher of preschool program and some preschool teachers
• School Health Services, through Director of Nursing
• The Welcome Center and Family Resource Centers
