Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven Director, Finance to oversee the organization's Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions while driving operational excellence across finance operations. This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes, ensuring strong financial controls, optimizing cash flow, and leading initiatives that improve efficiency and support business growth. The ideal candidate is a collaborative leader with experience managing high-volume transaction processing, leading remote, global teams, and working within shared service organizations, as well as developing high-performing teams and implementing process improvements across finance operations. The individual must also be highly effective at working cross-functionally, given the role's broad interaction across the organization.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead the global day-to-day operations and service delivery of the Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant processing of financial transactions.
• Lead and develop a globally located shared services team, establishing clear objectives, performance expectations, service levels, and accountability, while partnering closely with local management teams to drive alignment and effective execution.
• Monitor accounts receivable aging, collections, cash application, customer credit, and dispute resolution to optimize cash flow and minimize outstanding balances.
• Oversee end-to-end AP operations, including invoice processing, payment execution, and vendor management, ensuring timely and accurate payments while optimizing working capital and vendor service levels.
• Serve as a strategic business partner to Finance leadership and key stakeholders, providing visibility into AR/AP performance, operational risks, working capital opportunities, and improvement initiatives.
• Support month-end and year-end close, ensuring timely completion of reconciliations, accruals, aging reviews, cash application, payment and invoice cut-off, and other close requirements.
• Partner with global shared services personnel and cross-functional teams to streamline processes, standardize workflows, and enhance operational effectiveness.
• Develop, implement, and maintain financial policies, procedures, and internal controls across AR/AP operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and internal control standards.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and internal control requirements while promoting a culture of accountability, responsiveness, and continuous improvement.

Education/Experience/Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in finance shared services operations, accounting, accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), including leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), AP, AR, financial controls, and accounting best practices.
• Proven experience leading finance transformation initiatives, including process improvement, workflow automation, and continuous improvement programs.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational and decision-making skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Advanced proficiency with NetSuite, including saved searches, dashboards, financial reporting, and data analysis, with strong Excel skills is a plus.
• Ability to build strong relationships across departments and effectively communicate financial information to stakeholders at all levels.
• High level of integrity, attention to detail, and commitment to accuracy, compliance, and customer service.

Disclaimer: The salary for this role is $145,000.00 - $175,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and this range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in California. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
