Director, Finance Transformation
Salary: $105,000-$145,000

Key Responsibilities
- Lead working capital improvement initiatives by analyzing and optimizing Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, inventory management, and cash flow processes.
- Identify and implement cost reduction and automation opportunities across freight, inventory, procurement, and supply chain operations.
- Evaluate the financial impact of tariffs, transportation costs, and inventory policies, providing recommendations to improve operational efficiency and profitability.
- Assess current business processes, identify control gaps and inefficiencies, and lead process improvement efforts.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to clean up legacy processes, improve reporting, and establish scalable best practices.
- Develop metrics, reporting, and operational insights to support decision-making and ongoing performance improvements.
- Drive implementation of process automation and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce manual effort.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
- 5+ years of experience leading finance transformation, operational improvement, process optimization, or continuous improvement initiatives.
- Experience within a highly regulated industry, preferably healthcare, life sciences, medical device, pharmaceutical, or a similar environment.
